    Network Rail fined £3.75m after double track worker death
    Network Rail has been fined £3.75m following the death of two track maintenance workers at Margam, Wales in July 2019.
    The firm pleaded guilty to a safety offence following an investigation and prosecution by industry regulator the Office of Rail and Road (ORR).
    Network Rail employees Michael Lewis and Gareth Delbridge were working on the track when a passenger train travelling from Swansea to Paddington struck them causing fatal injuries.The train narrowly missed the a third worker.

    Joint venture developer Helical and Places for London has signed a contract with McLaren Construction to deliver the Bank over-station office project in London.
