• Goldbeck to build new £50m Cardiff County Hall

  Contractor Goldbeck UK has signed-up to build a new County Hall for Cardiff Council as part of the Welsh capital’s Atlantic Wharf urban regeneration scheme.

• Farrans lands Leeds Bradford Airport phase 2 upgrade

  Leeds Bradford Airport has retained Farrans to undertake Phase 2 of its £100m regeneration project.
  Farrans is currently working on the Phase 1 terminal extension, which is scheduled for completion in the summer of 2025.
