    Contractor JRL has secured the shell and core principal contractor role for a £400m mixed-use scheme on Blackfriars Road in South London.
    Slovakia-originated London developer JTRE in partnership with South Charities are behind the 21-storey office block and a second smaller 15-storey tower of 64 almshouses with charity hub and community hall.

    Leeds contractor GMI Construction Group is still battling to return to full profitability after falling into the red three years ago following a period of rapid growth.
