  A network of 32 new Homebuilding Skills Hubs will be set-up by 2028 to offer 5,000 more fast-track construction apprenticeship places per year.

  SP Energy Networks has confirmed its preferred partners for a £5.4bn contract to deliver the biggest rewiring of the national electricity grid since its inception.
