    Consultants Jacobs and Mott MacDonald have secured the job to design the £2.5bn West Yorkshire Mass Transit Programme.

    Infrastructure contractor IES Utilities Group has been successfully recruiting staff from Africa due to the severe shortage of overhead lines personnel in the UK.
