  Deputy Prime Minister Angela Rayner has named the full line-up of experts to sit on her New Towns Taskforce charged with delivering a step change in housing delivery.

  Demolition and groundworks specialist O’Keefe Construction (Byrne Group) Limited has appointed a returning managing director after parting company with Marc Daly.
  Daly joined as MD in 2021 from Careys.
  In 2022 concrete frame specialist Byrne Group bought the properties and plant of O’Keefe Group after the firm ran into financial difficulties.O’Keefe has now appointed Lee Horsley as Managing Director.
