    Construction unions Unite and GMB have finally agreed a site access deal on the London tunnels stretch of HS2.
    The breakthrough follows a five-year campaign by the unions.

    Monthly construction output grew by 0.5% in June lifted by rises in both new work (0.9%), and repair and maintenance (0.1%).
