    Build to Rent developer PLATFORM_ has got the planning go-ahead to build a 20-storey block of private rental flats in Milton Keynes city centre.

    Leading housing association A2Dominion is laying off half its development team in a change of plan to rein in new house building developments.
    A2Dominion said it would now focus on improvements to existing stock and intensification projects on existing sites, in part funded by targetted stock sales.

    The NHS in Devon has cancelled plans for a new Health and Wellbeing Centre in Teignmouth after construction costs more than doubled since proposals were luanched.
    When the NHS consulted on plans to relocate the most well-used services from Teignmouth Community Hospital to a new health and wellbeing centre in the middle of town in autumn 2020, the estimated cost was about £8m. Current cost estimates have risen to about £19m.

    Homes England, Keepmoat and Capital&Centric have signed an agreement to deliver 3,000 homes and a new town centre in Northstowe near Cambridge.
