    Land deal paves way for Manchester civil service office hub
    Plans for a government digital campus for around 7,000 civil servants in Manchester have advanced with a significant land deal.
    The Government Property Agency has exchanged contracts to acquire five acres of the former Central Retail Park in Ancoats, from Manchester City Council.
