    Development partners, The Hill Group and Shearer Property Group, have got the green light for the first phase of the highly-anticipated £450m City Centre South regeneration project in Coventry.

    A passing driver’s dashcam caught the dramatic moment when a scaffolding tower collapsed onto a road in Buckingham last week.
    Two men working from the tower were catapulted into the road but appear to have escaped unscathed.

    Developer Greystar has secured planning approval for a £500m build-to-rent development at a former biscuit factory in Bermondsey, South London.
