    The Government finally has granted development consent for the £1.3bn A66 Northern Trans-Pennine dualling.

    Saint-Gobain PAM UK has announced plans to close its Holwell factory in Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire putting 161 employees at risk of redundancy.

    Experienced tunneling teams on HS2 have complained about site conditions and welfare on the project.
