    Prime Minister Rishi Sunak has detailed his plans to roll back targets to get the UK to net zero in 2050.

    Detailed designs for three major laboratory and office buildings totalling 458,100 sq ft have been approved by Oxford City Council planners.
    The three projects will be built as phase 2 of the £700m Oxford North life sciences innovation district being developed in joint venture by Thomas White Oxford, the development company of St John’s College, with Cadillac Fairview and Stanhope.
