  The scale of the modular house builder’s debts can be revealed after the Enquirer saw a statement of proposals issued to creditors by administrator AlixPartners.

  Plans for a £2.1bn subsea 2GW power link between Peterhead in Scotland and Drax in England have gained full onshore and offshore development consent.
  The Eastern Green Link 2 project will see the longest high-voltage direct current cable in the UK and is the country’s single largest electricity transmission project ever.

  Derbyshire-based Collins Earthworks saw pre-tax profits nosedive to £4.7m from £16.8m previously as costs soared in the year to November 2022.
