  Fitout specialist Deanestor has been awarded its 16th contract for Morrison Construction.
  The new project involves the provision of around 6,000 items of loose and fitted furniture for a primary school and community hub now under construction in Aberdeen.
  This contract for Greyhope School and Community Hub follows the successful completion of Countesswells Primary School – Deanestor’s latest school fitout to be delivered for the same project team.

  Morgan Sindall has shrugged off challenging market conditions to deliver a record performance in the first six months of 2023.
  The fit-out operation which now is the largest on revenue alone drove profit growth at the business.

• Ilke Homes modular factory machinery up for sale

  Machinery and equipment from the factory of collapsed modular house builder ilke Homes is being auctioned off this month.
  Ilke went into administration in June when its North Yorshire production plant was closed and 1,150 staff lost their jobs.
  The Flaxby Moor factory had the capacity to produce 2,000 homes a year.Now Hilco Valuation Services has been tasked with selling off all the equpment via an online auction.
