    Essex County Council’s cabinet has given the green light to tender for a contractor to build a new link road between Colchester and Tendring.

    Salford planners have given the green light for a 26-storey flats scheme, known as Obsidian, being developed by Salboy and its construction arm Domis.
    The £50m-plus building project will deliver 250 flats and around 1,000 sq ft of commercial space at the Trinity Way and Willam Street site.

    Green light for British Land London multi-storey logistic hub
    British Land has got the planning green light to build a 455,000 sq ft multi-level logistics hub in Enfield, North London.
    The Heritage House site, near Junction 25 of the M25, will see construction of a main 435,000 sq ft building to be split into two levels.
    In line with British Land’s sustainability strategy, the scheme will be rated BREEAM Excellent, with an EPC A rating.
