    Twenty-seven consultants have secured places on Homes England’s £200m new Development and Regeneration and Technical Services framework.
    The DaRTS deal will run from 2023–2027 replacing the previous Multidisciplinary Framework 2019-2023 for accessing technical and professional services. A dozen of the consultants were not on the previous multidisciplinary panel.

    A joint venture led by developer Sellar has submitted plans for a major overhaul of Liverpool Street station in London, which includes a massive overstation office scheme and hotel.
    The £1.5bn scheme has been designed by Herzog & de Meuron for the joint venture which included Network Rail and rail operator MTR.

    New Building Safety Regulator boss steps down
    The new Chief Inspector of Buildings appointed to lead the biggest change in building safety for a generation has retired.
    Former HSE director of construction, Peter Baker was picked two years ago to lead the new Building Safety Regulator set up in the wake of the Grenfell disaster.
