  Chancellor Jeremy Hunt unveiled his “budget for growth” today while confirming a hike in corporation tax from 19% to 25%.

• Severfield buys Dutch steelwork contractor for £21m

  Severfield has swooped to buy Dutch constructional steelwork contractor Voortman Steel Construction for €24m.
