  Long-established North Wales builder RLD Construction is heading for voluntary administration.
  The family-owned firm, registered as R L Davies & Son, traded from Llysfaen in Colwyn Bay close to the A55 expressway and counted itself as one of the principal building contractors in North Wales.

  Developer Bruntwood has secured planning for its ground-breaking £31m mass timber frame office in south Manchester.

• NatWest boss to co-chair new energy efficiency taskforce
