    Milestone wins £1bn Suffolk highways contract
    Milestone Infrastructure has been awarded Suffolk County Council’s new highways services contract worth up to £1bn.
    The contract will last up to 20 years and Milestone will replace current incumbent Kier in October.

    Long-established North Wales builder RLD Construction is heading for voluntary administration.
    The family-owned firm, registered as R L Davies & Son, traded from Llysfaen in Colwyn Bay close to the A55 expressway and counted itself as one of the principal building contractors in North Wales.

    The Government will today formally launch its new energy efficiency taskforce and name NatWest boss Alison Rose as its co-chair alongside energy security and net zero minister Lord Callanan.
