    AFI Rentals has launched a smart off-hire process using a MEWP-specific QR code on each powered access machine.
    The new system allows customers to quickly and easily off-hire their rental equipment using a unique QR code on each machine they scan with the camera on their phone.

    Deanestor delivers again for Morrison
    Furniture and fitout specialist Deanestor has delivered a £1.8m contract for Morrison Construction for a new £60m multi-school campus in West Lothian.
    The new Winchburgh Campus near Edinburgh is Deanestor’s 12th project for Morrison.
    It was built by the contractor on behalf of West Lothian Council and their delivery partner, Hub South East Scotland. It has provided two new secondary schools, a primary school with an early years facility, and a sports and wellbeing hub.

    Developer HUB ­has awarded RG Group an £82m contract to deliver Latitude Blue, a 488-home build-to-rent project in Leeds.

    Barratt sees early signs of a New Year trading uplift
    Britain’s biggest house builder Barratt this morning reported early signs of improved trading in January but also warned it was still too early to say whether the housing market will suffer a mild downturn or a much deeper fall out.
