    Developer Landsec has lifted the wraps on latest plans to replace Glasgow’s vast Buchanan Galleries with an £850m mixed-use neighbourhood.

    Plans have been submitted for a major redevelopment of a gasworks site to created 640 flats in Wandsworth, London.
    Joint venture developer SGN Mitheridge has submitted hybrid plans for the site, which is one of the last undeveloped sites in Wandsworth town centre

    Gilbert Ash should be confirmed winner shortly for the next phase of the revamp of Barnfield College in Luton.
    The Enquirer understands the contractor has pipped its rivals to the next £26m phase of the project to build  a four- storey building for construction and engineering students.
