    Welsh refinery construction workers win 11% pay rise
    Over 130 construction workers employed by various contractors on the Valero oil refinery in Pembrokeshire have secured a minimum of an 11% increase in wages.
    The maintenance workers who are members of union Unite, and employed under the terms of the NAECI blue book agreement, took prolonged strike action late last year for a rise in bonus payments to offset soaring inflation rates.
