    Student rooms developer has completed the £73m acquisition of a site in London Stratford for its next major project.

    A piling rig toppled over on developer Capital & Centric’s £60m Goods Yard site on Stoke-on-Trent on Monday afternoon.

    Nottingham contractor DAKO Construction ceased trading on Monday closing offices and sending workers home.
