    Pension provider B&CE is to changing its name to People’s Partnership.
    The announcement coincides with the 80th anniversary of the not-for-profit organisation, which began life providing holiday stamps to the construction industry during the Second World War.

    Sellafield has set a new January start date for the race to bid to become one of four new key infrastructure partners in a strategic delivery shake-up at the nuclear decommissioning site.
    Tenders for the major procurement plan were due to be published last month but progress has slipped with the race now set to start early in the New Year.
