    The earnings of self-employed trades have hit an all-time high with average weekly pay above £1,000 in London, the South East and East of England.

    Kier has secured a landmark high spec lab project at Hammersmith in London.
    The project known as the Refinery will create 121,000 sq ft of high spec, laboratory, research and development spaces under one roof.
    Located on the Northern Embankment of the River Thames, the project will include the extension and full reconfiguration of the existing four-storey building.Its façade and roof will be replaced, two new storeys added, and a green roof will finish the look of the building.

  • Hochtief starts pulling down Welsh pylons

    Work has begun on National Grid’s major landscape enhancement project to transform views across the Dwyryd Estuary by removing ten pylons and a 3km stretch of overhead electricity line.
