    Derwent London has sealed the deal to buy the Moorfields Eye Hospital site near London’s silicon roundabout tech quarter.
    The City Road Island site is being sold for £239m, subject to Treasury approval and the delivery of the new Oriel of the new eye hospital at St Pancras by 2027.

    An asbestos management company has been fined and two of its employees jailed for failing to protect workers from asbestos exposure during a major refurbishment project in Plymouth.
