    Ex-Battersea boss to steer East Midlands regeneration
    A key player behind the redevelopment London’s Battersea Power Station has been signed up to steer the development plans for three massive sites in the Midlands.
    Areli Developments, founded by Rob Tincknell, will develop the commercial strategy to develop hundreds of hectares of land around East Midlands Airport, Ratcliffe-on-Soar Power Station and the Toton-Chetwynd corridor.

    Blaze at Deptford flats rages all day
    Twenty fire engines and around 120 firefighters were needed to control a fire on the roof of a block of flats on Creek Road in Deptford, south London yesterday.

    Developer Rocket Properties has got the planning green light to build a £350m office scheme on the eastern city fringe in London.
    The 13-storey office scheme planned for a site on Aldgate High Street and Minories Road has been revised following previous approval in 2020 under a different developer which fell into administration.
