    Everton ‘lock-in” construction costs with O’Rourke at new stadium
    Everton FC has signed an agreement with Laing O’Rourke which will see the contractor deliver the final phase of the club’s new £500m stadium at Bramley-Moore Dock and “lock-in construction costs.”
    The main construction contract will see O’Rourke complete construction of the new 52,888-capacity waterfront stadium “while also providing Everton with greater certainty as to the cost of the remaining stages of the project.”
