    Plans to build the UK’s first city-based wellbeing resort in Manchester have been revised and will go in for fresh planning approval this summer.
    Global water resort developer Therme Group said it now plans to start work in 2023 on the Therme Manchester complex at TraffordCity.

    New images for a £300m offshore wind factory have been unveiled as plans for the mammoth Teesside project were submitted.
