• Saudis to invest £1bn in Teesside green aviation fuel plant

  A Saudi Arabian global energy firm is set to commit today to a £1bn investment into a ground-breaking sustainable aviation fuel project on Teesside.

• Barhale bags utilities package at HS2 Euston station

  Mace Dragados joint venture has appointed Barhale to deliver major utilities infrastructure works at London’s HS2 Euston station.

• HK buyer swoops for 1.4m sq ft London Vauxhall development site

  Hong Kong-based Far East Consortium has snapped up a major development site in London’s Nine Elms high-rise development district.
  FEC paid £96m to fellow Chinese developer Guangzhou R&F Properties for the Vauxhall Square development site.
  The deal will see Guangzhou R&F Properties record a loss of nearly £69m on the disposal.

  Network Rail has appointed Kier to deliver the detailed design and enabling works package at Oxford railway station, as part of the Oxford Corridor phase 2 project.
