  Building contractors are calling on the Treasury to delay the removal of the red diesel rebate in the face of rapidly rising fuel costs.

  Sir Robert McAlpine has broken ground on Phase 2 of Station Hill in Reading, the £750m development for a joint venture between Lincoln Property Company and MGT Investment Management.
