• Kier to start £107m Gloucester Forum phase 2 next month

   Kier has secured phase 2 of a £107m scheme to build a technology campus in the middle of Gloucester.
  Gloucester City Council and Reef Group selected Kier to build The Forum which will consist of 135,000 sq ft of grade A workspace, conference facilities, a 4-star hotel and rooftop restaurant.
  Work will start next month on the project, which is designed to be rated BREEAM Excellent and will use air-sourced heat pumps and a ‘blue’ roof for water attenuation.

• Multiplex to resume at full capacity on £1bn Nine Elms site

  Sir Robert McAlpine has signed off the job to redevelop British Land’s 1 Broadgate redevelopment project at its London City office campus.

  Sellafield has named its second set of key delivery partners for a new integrated delivery team model covering key work packages in the clean-up of the nuclear site in West Cumbria.
