    North East contractor Tolent has appointed former Colas financial chief Mark Overton.
    Overton replaces as financial director, Andy Clark who leaves the business after 26 years in post.
    He brings a decade’s worth of experience at £300m Colas, having become CFO three years ago.Overton said: “I feel very privileged to be taking on the role of CFO for Tolent.     Transport for London and residential landlord joint venture partner Grainger have got the planning green light for a 350 rental homes scheme in North London.

    Building facade specialist Kaicer is understood to have fallen into administration owing an estimated £7m-plus to suppliers and trade contractors.
