  Bathroom pod specialist Offsite Solutions has been awarded a £3m contract to manufacture 588 bathroom pods for its third major build-to-rent neighbourhood for Moda Living.
  Holland Park in Glasgow is currently under construction by Robertson Group on the site of the former Strathclyde Police HQ.
  It will provide 433 studios and one, two and three-bedroom apartments in four blocks up to 19 storeys, arranged around a landscaped courtyard.

  Developer Downing’s construction arm has started enabling works for its £400m mixed-use scheme at First Street in Manchester city centre.

• Bouygues set for London Tustin Estate 700-home rebuild

  Southwark Council has selected Bouygues-owned developer Linkcity to rebuild the Tustin Estate scheme on the old Kent Road in South East London.
  Linkcity will work with the authority over the coming months with a view to signing a full development agreement in summer 2022 with Bouygues UK as the main contractor for the 700-home scheme.
