    Graham secures third Audley retirement village
    Retirement homes specialist Audley Group has appointed Graham to deliver a 110-acre retirement village in West Yorkshire.Once complete, it will be home to 22 cottages and 106 two-bedroom apartments.
    The Audley Scarcroft Park project will be the third secured by Graham with the developer.
    Following preparatory groundworks construction is now starting on 18 buildings and the restoration of Grade II listed Scarcroft Lodge.

    Labour agency Hercules Site Services is looking to float on AIM in a bid to raise £5.5m to scale up its work on the northern section of HS2.
