    London real estate developer Seaforth has signed BAM Construction for the £110m refurbishment of two landmark Grade II listed buildings in Covent Garden London.
    Designed by Richard Seifert & Partners, Space House was completed in 1968 and is well known for its innovative architecture and brutalist concrete cruciform façade.

    Kier is reported to be in talks to buy rival Tilbury Douglas, the construction operation salvaged by bankers from the collapsed Interserve group.
