    ISG chief executive Paul Cossell is to step down at the end of the year after six years at the helm.
    He will be succeeded by Matt Blowers, presently acting as chief operating officer for ISG’s global fit out business

    Job vacancies in construction have risen to the highest level since official records began in 2001.
    Latest Government figures from the ONS show the battle to find workers to deliver projects is intensifying as firms gear up for expansion.
