  Troubled civils contractor nmcn has agreed a further extension with its lenders to publish delayed results and secure a rescue refinancing deal.

  An Arbroath construction director has been banned for seven years after failing to explain more than £700,000 worth of expenditure.

• Britcon to build Ideal Heating HQ extension
