  RUSH:  This stuff has to stop -- and, in this election, there is a candidate saying that he's going to stop it.  We don't know if he really will, but we do know that Hillary won't.  We do know the Democrat Party won't... We're beyond ideology at this point because it isn't on the ballot.  I regret that, I wish it weren't the case, but that doesn't accomplish anything by wishing something was that isn't.

  RUSH: I have just been watching Trump do his speech at the Economic Club of New York, and there's a guy sitting to his left. He's at the podium, and there's obviously a dais behind him, and there's two people that you can see, and it looks like Kudlow is to Trump's right.  That would be screen left.  And there's another guy -- I don't know who it is -- screen right, on Trump's left.
