  RUSH: This was the first time that any of the supposed incompetence or failings of Trump actually had been mentioned in a debate. The conventional wisdom is it's too little, too late.  There just isn't enough time for any of it to have any sufficient impact to do two things.  A, harm Trump and then, B, elevate either Cruz or Rubio sufficiently where they could overtake him.
