    LOS ANGELES — The 2016 Hearthstone World Championship series was down to two Europeans, and after an exciting 4-2 match, Pavel "Pavel" Beltukov defeated Artem "DrHippi" Kravets in Saturday's BlizzCon grand finals.
    Pavel, 18, walked away with the $250,000 first place prize after working his way through the playoffs, knocking out powerhouse players Amnesiac and Jasonzhou. DrHippi took $150,000 of the $1 million prize pool.
