    GRANT COUNTY, Ind. (WANE) - A crash involving a semitrailer on Interstate 69 caused traffic to come to a standstill Thursday morning in Grant County.According to the Indiana Department of Transportation, the crash happened at mile-marker 269 between E 450 N and IN 5, near Landess.
