    ROCKVILLE, Md. (AP) — Officials have announced the opening of a recovery and academic program for Montgomery County public school students who are recovering from substance use.

    FREDERICK, Md. (WJZ) — No MARC Brunswick Line service will be available Wednesday morning. The Maryland Transit Administration cites Tuesday night’s severe weather and resulting damage to train tracks as reasoning for the closure.     NEWBURG, Md. (WJZ) — Maryland State Police identify two of the three victims who died in a triple fatal crash in Charles County Tuesday.

    BALTIMORE (WJZ) — Baltimore County Police are searching for two missing girls. The two cases are unrelated.
    Kaylee Andrews, 12, was last seen around 6 p.m. on Monday. She was seen in the 2900 block of Ohio Avenue in Halethorpe, MD. She is 5′ 3″, 160 lbs, with blonde hair and blue eyes. Andrews was last seen wearing a maroon dress.

    BALTIMORE (AP) — A Democratic candidate for governor of Maryland has released a plan to help the state’s largest city.
    Prince George’s County Executive Rushern Baker released his “Uplift Baltimore” plan on Wednesday. It’s a proposed city-state partnership to identify and customize programs to help communities hardest hit by crime, health, housing and employment challenges.
