  Vancouver Green councillor Adriane Carr is the favourite choice to take over the city’s top job from Vancouver mayor Gregor Robertson, according to a new Research Co. poll.   Two police officers from the Metro Vancouver region have been detained in Cuba.
  One of the officers is from Port Moody, while the other is from the Vancouver Police Department.
  Sgt. Travis Carroll confirmed that a Port Moody police officer was taken into custody in Cuba and later released during a personal holiday.
  He did not disclose the officer’s name or any details about what happened but says Port Moody police take all allegations of misconduct concerning officers very seriously.
