A 26-year-old man is expected to be charged with multiple counts of murder, accused of deliberately driving a stolen car into a lunchtime crowd in the CBD. Overnight a fourth person has died in hospital from injuries sustained in the crash, as the city's emergency departments worked around the clock to treat about 20 injured people. -
