Suspended Albany Cop Charged in Hit-and-Run Crash

A suspended Albany police officer has been charged in connection to a hit-and-run crash earlier this month. Police say Shawn Dixon was off-duty on May 4 when he hit a car in the area of West Lawrence Street and Myrtle Avenue and fled the scene.
