I have argued in the past that China was converted into a Technocracy in the mid-70s in How The Trilateral Commission Converted China Into A Technocracy (2016), China Is The World’s First Technate, Leading Chinese Scholar Lists The Benefits Of Technocracy In China, Day 7: China Is A Technocracy, among others. Now this article has come to my attention, driving the nail in the coffin.
