Marie man faces a charge after a fatal single-vehicle collision that killed a female passenger also from the city earlier this year.The crash happened on the Highway 17 bypass in Sudbury early on Feb. 2. A female, 74, suffered life-threatening injuries and later died at hospital, Ontario Provincial Police say. The driver had non-life-threatening injuries. Lawrence Meyers, 67, was charged with dangerous operation causing death.His court date is Sept. 16 in Sudbury.
