  A Manitoba man faces charges following a collision involving a school bus and transport on Highway 17 in Spanish on Wednesday.Twenty-six children were on the bus. Huron-Superior Catholic District School Board trustees approved the awarding a construction contract of $196,600 to RF Contracting at a meeting on June 4.
