    Sarnia police continue to investigate a serious crash that sent two people to hospital Sunday.Police, Sarnia Fire Rescue and Lambton EMS responded to a two-vehicle collision on Michigan Avenue near Cambridge Crescent at around 3:20 p.m. Fire officials said on social media two individuals were taken to Bluewater Health, one in life-threatening condition.
