  This year’s first mosquitoes testing positive for West Nile virus in Lambton County were trapped Aug. 12 in Petrolia, says Lambton Public Health.No human cases of the virus have been confirmed so far this year in Lambton, an agency release said.West Nile has been detected in Lambton since 2002, with six lab-confirmed human cases since 2018.
